Nowadays social media is surrounding the whole world. Everyone uses platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. Through these platforms, you can easily share your events with people.

You may have never thought about the time when you should share your events on these platforms. But if you want the engagement of a large number of people then you should think of the best timing. Because people prefer using social media at specific hours.

Twitter:

Twitter is used at home and at work, usually during down times like commutes and breaks.

The best timing to share your event on Twitter is from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

It can also vary from business to business. So you can find out the time of your own audience’s engagement with the post using different tools or by opening the Twitter Analytics dashboard and hitting Tweets.

Instagram:

Instagram is meant for use on mobile devices, so users tend to use the network all the time, at any time.
The best time to post on Instagram is anytime Monday through Thursday, expect between 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.

“There’s no significant difference to the effectiveness of sharing photos on Instagram throughout the day. However, videos perform best after 9pm, so save your video posts for late at night.”
